NOTE:  the neat fitting under the bust is achieved by a band around the back under the garment which holds the front of the dress neatly under the bust but allows the back to fall free - flowing into a long train.

Empire wedding dress.  Hand painted and hand pleated fine silk.  There are many panels in this dress which gives it a wonderful fluidity yet is hangs straight down when the wearer is not moving.  Very romantic with a hint of the Regency Period and Jane Austin.  Colour: lilac rainbow.

NOTE heavily beaded around the hem to give movement to the dress which falls away at the back into a small train.

Princess Lauder - a classic shape in the pleated silk.  The swirled pleating at the waist gives a lovely outline to the body without destroying the fluid nature of the dress.  Colour 'Iris blue'.

This dress has many panels in the skirt between 8 and 10 which makes it very fluid if there is a slight breeze and yet it falls straight down as a classic dress of the Regency period.
